Majority of download problems concern pop-up blocker and firewall, please make sure none of those programs are blocking the download process. If you didn’t finish downloading the game or you had problem with downloading the game client before, please go HERE and follow the steps on it for downloading the game again. Please make sure there is no pop-up blocker or firewall blocking the download process. If you have installation issue, please check if your system meets our minimum system requirements on this page.
