Cannot login to the game or channels do not show up?
There are couple factors that may cause one from getting into the game. One of the main reasons is the Internet security program (such as firewall, anti-virus, privacy service, anti-spyware and etc) that is running on user’s PC. We recommend disabling these programs while playing Cal Ripken’s Real Baseball.

Another problem people have experienced is the corruption on the system files (Winsock) for internet connection, please follow the steps below based on your Operating System,

For Windows XP
Please visit this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811259/en-us Microsoft Website for information on how to fix winsock problem or you can download this Winsock XP Fix third party tool ( only works with Windows XP ) and follow the instructions that comes with the program for fixing this problem.

For Windows Vista
1. Click Start, and then type "command" in the Start Search box.
2. In the search results list, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
3. At the command prompt, type netsh winsock reset and press enter and follow the instructions to restart your computer .
